Day 11: 110 squats
Legs are shaking, heart is racing… but I feel nothing in my glutes or hamstrings (or my thighs even) and I don’t even see any change. Beginning to think that maybe I should put some books in a backpack as additional weight and start over from day 1. I don’t see a point in doing 130 squats next and getting next to nothing from it. Will ponder on that.

I”M ON DAY 13 !!! I don’t wanna QUIT!! grrrr
