My progress photo. Ive put on a lot of weight from europe and not going to the gym for the past 5 months because of my boyfriend buuuut..
This is week 1! well almost the end of it i forgot to take on in the beginning, I’ve been going to the gym every morning at 6 and sometimes at night. Ive done a hot yoga class and have eaten very clean. i’ll post weekly updates!

So basically I’ve lost 15lbs in 2013, and I haven’t been trying and focusing that hard on my fitness, but this school year i made Lacrosse team so That has really got me to work out a lot. I’m getting addicted.

Since losing this weight people have notice! and it feels great but i wanna be so…

Since losing this weight people have notice! and it feels great but i wanna be so TONED! 

its weird how I wasn’t FAT before… but like looking back and comparing myself now… I look huge. Like I never thought I looked that big and  I Used to always say “I’m big boned” 

I just wanted to share that. 

Blah now i have 6 am practy in the morning, SOOO EARLY!
